Our Story

Ninja Notary Signing Service, LLC was created by Taffy Wagner in late 2020. Taffy has completed over 2000 closings in the real estate industry as well as having authored a Best-Selling book on Homeownership. Having been a paralegal for 19 years, she brings her strong work ethic, attention to detail, hands-on care, and commitment to each client and notary to ensure a smooth closing.

Our team of notaries is personable, professional, and focused on the borrower(s) need during each closing. Prior to sending documents to our notaries, Taffy reviews documents to ensure there is no discrepancy in the county, cash to close between Settlement Statement and CD as well as confirming the spelling of names throughout the documents. If those issues arise, she is in touch with her client in order to receive corrected documents prior to uploading them to the notaries on the team.

Once notaries have presented the documents, they are reviewed at a minimum of two times making sure there are no missing initials, dates are legible and everyone has signed in appropriate spots.

Our goal is to ensure all the work you have put into your clients for the last 30 to 60 days (sometimes longer) ends with your client having a smile on their faces.
